The Common Area

Our common area is like having our own private park in our neighborhood! The lot is mowed and sprayed for fleas and ticks. As a homeowner, you can request to reserve the lot for the day if you would like to have an event. There is water access for Kayaking however, it is not too accessible at the moment. This will be a priority of the current board for 2021. Please adhere to the rules on the signage at the common area entrance.
